ACCOUNT MANAGER: The Account Manager will nurture, oversee, and manage relationships with eBay's top sellers and dealers. The Account Manager will be the primary point of contact for dealers, will participate in trade events, and will support business development efforts. The position will reside in the Business Development organization. The candidate should have a BS is business or equivalent work experience, prior Web experience, and a working fluency in Microsoft Office. Strong written and verbal skills expected.

ASSISTANT PRODUCT MANAGER: The Assistant Product Manager will participate in all elements of the marketing strategy for the product, including public relations, customer relations, marketing materials, tradeshows, and product development. The ideal candidate will have experience with consumer marketing, and will have a demonstrated emphasis in the Internet or online service areas. Applicants for this position are expected to have a University degree in business or marketing, plus at least one to three years of relevant experience. Strong written and verbal skills expected.

BILLING ADMINISTRATOR: The Billing Administrator will assume responsibility for eBay billing issues. Applicants for this position must have excellent written communication skills, and experience with spreadsheet or accounting packages. The Billing Administrator may also perform, to a lesser degree, email customer support and general admin. functions.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER: Working with third-parties and partners, the Business Development Manager will help bring eBay technology to new arenas and will grow eBay's market for online auctions. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background and solid experience in business development with a demonstrated emphasis in the consumer-oriented technology space. Applicants for this position are expected to have a University degree in business or finance, with an MBA preferred, plus at least five years of relevant experience.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE: We are currently seeking Customer Support Representatives to join our fast growing team. This position is responsible for interfacing with eBay customers via all media to handle a variety of questions regarding products and services. This includes billing inquiries and general site navigation questions. Qualified candidates should possess excellent writing, editing and communication skills, and be familiar with Windows ’95 and all MS applications. Additionally, 2-4 years of related experience is required. If you possess strong interpersonal skills, and enjoy a fast paced, exciting environment, we want to hear from you.

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER: Responsible for managing personnel activities on a corporate or divisional level. Through subordinate supervisors, manages the development, implementation, and administration of company personnel policies and procedures. May oversee the areas of labor relations, employee relations, employment, safety and health, training, compensation, benefits, EEO, governmenta regulations and record keeping. Prepares departmental budget. Typically requires college degree or equivalent and a minimum of four to six years personnel experience, including supervision.
